Do you shoot real estate videos in Marrakech?
Yes. I travel to Marrakech to film riads, villas and resorts, alongside my work in Casablanca. HDR photos, video and drone footage are all shot the same day, on the same property, for a consistent result and fast delivery to the developer or agency.
Photo and video on the same day?
Yes, that's the format I offer: HDR photos, a walkthrough film and drone footage are shot during a single visit to the property. You save time, access only needs to be arranged once, and every visual stays consistent.
Do you use a drone for real estate?
Yes, I'm a licensed drone pilot. Aerial footage places the property within its neighborhood, shows a plot, garden or rooftop, and gives an overview that ground photos can't match. Useful for residences, villas and new developments.
How much does a real estate shoot cost?
Pricing depends on the property: size, number of rooms, whether drone or video is needed, and travel outside Casablanca. Every project is quoted individually, after a short conversation about the property and the visuals you need.
